The patches held up very well and were great for the large holes I had. They cannot be cut as the adhesive part is only on the edges. I had to repeat the plastering and sanding to keep the metal part from showing through. However, in the end they worked for my needs.

I bought some drywall patches at an orange hardware store that were smaller than these and were $6 a patch. Then I realized I hadn't bought enough and bought this set here at Revain and wow - they were actually better quality and at a much lower price! I wish I had never spent my money at another store and just bought them first! They worked great.

Works almost perfect, not quite perfect result - that's my skill not the product. Clinged to the surface and sparkled slightly. After about two coats of glitter, getting it almost right the first time, letting it dry and repeating one more time, it looks almost perfect. I can't even tell there was a hole, I'm sure if you were straight ahead and had the right light you could see it, but I have a feeling even then you probably wouldn't have noticed.

These patches did not adhere very well to our painted drywall. Follow the instructions and apply the patch spackle before sticking it to the wall. When we putty it seemed like it wouldn't stick, but then it dried pretty well. We were covering electrical boxes, so we had to hammer in the metal edges to make sure they lined up. All in all it was pretty easy to do. Apply a thin coat, then sand, then another coat until completely covered. There is no putty in the kit, just patches and a plastic…
