This product works but requires a little more effort than expected. I took it out of the box and it came pre-assembled and seemingly ready to use. This hanger is great for our guest room as it can hang things like towels and sleepwear. I really like the white color because the door in the guest room is white so it doesn't stand out that much. There are small rubber pads on the back of the rack to keep it from being pushed out of the door, although I often find those hangers above the door mark the top of the door over time.
