Keeps your paper filter like new

These covers are great. They keep dust and dirt out of your paper filter and make cleaning the filters as easy as removing the bag and washing! The paper filter still looks like new!

Pros
  • Sample for a year
Cons
  • Some problems

Perfect for Culligan Clear Water Filters

I bought these for the wrong purpose: I used them as housings for my clear water filters which need to be protected from light to prevent algae growth. . This is great because it's very easy to take a peak and see if the filter needs changing, but other than that they are protected. Perfect for my large blue Culligan water filters.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Long time

Exactly what the doctor ordered

The elastic is quite tight but it's good because dust doesn't get on it. You should only lighten it on your filter. And your filter will never clog again, you just wipe the bucket and continue working with full suction power. If you are doing wet cleaning, simply remove the filter. And use your old filter that you replaced, maybe with a few slits to allow the water to drain.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

Worth the investment

This will really extend the life of your filter and I consider it a must have accessory for an industrial vacuum cleaner. I installed it on my Ridgid and didn't lose any suction, and that included buying and installing a 20ft hose on my vacuum. The only thing it has to do is shake it here and there to clean it out, but that's only when I'm dealing with a lot of sawdust. But knowing it will save me money, shaking the vacuum for 5 seconds is worth the investment.

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Approx

I did a little cleaning around the house and cleaned everything with a vacuum instead of sweeping. I cleaned a few top shelves that hadn't been cleaned in a long time, there was a lot of dust on them. When I was done, there was at least a quarter inch of dust around this filter. I had to scrape it into the container before taking it out of the filter. The filter underneath looked like new. It didn't even look like there was a speck of dust on it. I was really shocked to see how well this works.

Pros
  • Best in the Niche
Cons
  • I'll add later

Shop Vac filters can be cleaned

I used to work at a dry cleaner. I noticed that the suction power was not normal. I know what to do. This filter is torn in half. It was so full of dirt. I took it outside and landed on the sidewalk. Now I found another problem. When we suck in small particles, this type of dirt easily enters the filter, thus preventing the engine from doing its job. You can stomp it outside on the sidewalk. You can run your finger over each of the grooves, you can also, although I haven't done it, repeatedly…

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
