I have been using these collars for many years and I highly recommend them. They are impervious to everything and look great on the animal. The reflective stripe looks like it has an inner power! Nice collar and seems very durable. When I put the collar on Lucy, she seemed to "notice" it more than the cloth collar she was wearing. I'm not sure if it was the plastic texture of the collar pulling her hair together, or the heaviness of the metal buckle, which she may not be used to. I'll have to wait and see how comfortable Lucy feels with this collar, but this may not be the right collar for a dog with a longer coat as it can create tension. I will update my review if anything changes!

My dog and I love this collar. It doesn't smell and you don't have to wait for it to dry, which is great if your dog goes swimming every day.
