🚗 Protect Your Hatchback with Duck Covers Weather Defender - Up to 15' 2 Review

This cover fits my 2012 Prius (4) (see photo) very well and is easy to fit. The bushings feel solid under the center section of the car - just wish there were more lugs to be able to press them tighter in other places, such as behind the rear wheel arches. "Fabric" is a non-woven compressed fiber. Haven't done a weather test yet. Will see and update. Very happy with the fit so far.

Car covers have become increasingly popular over the last few decades. This one goes well with my Saabaru sports car and the lizards love to play on it. Ants also like to crawl on it. No big deal, insects and reptiles can enjoy it too. This coating protects my dark blue paintwork very well - at 95 degrees heat/strong sunlight. It's easy to put on and better than I expected for a reasonable price.

So far, so good. Be sure to attach the cover to the car. It bled once. I usually tie it together and put a weight on it just to be sure. But after months of wet floors, the car is finally dry. Now I can fix the sunroof and hopefully remove the car cover. My car is a 2007 VW Passat station wagon and the lid is a bit large, probably because the car is not an SUV. But the water doesn't come in, and that's all that matters.

I bought 2 of these. They MIGHT be ok if you need shelter in a garage or sheltered area to keep dust out, but it's just as good as them. It's raining now and both cars got wet under those tarpaulins. They also trap moisture underneath when it wasn't raining (the dew that evaporated in the morning would get under the covers and coat the cars with a beautiful coating). Duck covers are the best car covers. The only issue I've found with them is that after about a year all the stolen material on the site crashes here in California. I have had to redeem 3 times since I have had my car the last 5 years. But for me it's worth it because I've tried other car covers and they scratched the clear coat, they didn't fit right or something. This product is amazing. This case fits my 2005 Scion XA like a regular case! The inner material is soft and protects the finish. Sewn-in drawcords front and back keep the cover securely under the bumpers. I've added lightweight aluminum carabiners to the leash under the car so I can quickly and easily slide the leash under the car and hook into the eyelet in the suitcase. The line is delivered. Edited: I downgraded the rating. Coating: 1) Does not let air through - retains water. So when it rains, the car underneath stays wet, then dust collects underneath and the car gets dirty over time. 2) Cheap material - thins over time, cracks easily and brittle shell. Mine started falling apart. These two disadvantages are crucial and if this coating is not used indoors, e.g. in a garage, the coating will not last long and will not do a decent job.
