Should work fine

Wanted to use this for a generic filter so it's probably overkill. Haven't used it yet but the 24 inch square is big enough to do whatever I want when I get there

Good for pond water treatment

I cut it into squares and put it in a pond skimmer. Helps eliminate algae and keeps the pond clean. A good product. You can clean it several times before replacing it. It looks like felt material.
