It's a bit gooey and thick but I LOVE it for my lawn mower, car and beach bag. It protects my lips and doesn't melt unless it's in direct sunlight. I also have a moisturizer but I usually use Carmex for that. My only question is why did you put it in a black tube? How about a bright orange so I can find it?

I had the original balm but it left your lips pinkish-orange. They changed color and it leaves NO stain on your lips. It has never melted for me, I replaced the original I mentioned above and after 8 months that replacement was over. Bought this "pack of 3" as a replacement.

My husband (very picky) found this product while on a motorcycle trip in Colorado. He likes it very much. When I found out I could buy 3 packs through Revain he said "BUY IT NOW", our granddaughter (9 years old) called him up this weekend and asked about it, she used it when we were with her and wanted to buy some.
