Fits perfectly and looks like the original. Looks sturdy even though it's plastic. Haven't had a chance to use it yet. Looks like good value for money.

Good quality. I actually did a dry landing to make sure everything was fine. However, I didn't get it working to see the distance for Dado. I will come back later to continue this review.

I am a general contractor and wanted to add this skirting board to my inventory. It was very easy to install and does what it's supposed to. I recommend this dado record to anyone looking for it in the market.

This item has the same cutout as the OEM Dewalt DWE7402DI which will not fit DWE7491RS Type 3. The needle plate does not fit the back of the head because the neckline on the left side is too short. See images in the DWE7402DI overview.

I thought it would save money, about half the price of the original part. Unfortunately, the plate I received was completely deformed along the long axis. The adjustment screws used to align the needle plate were not long enough to make even minor adjustments. Spend an extra $20 and get a genuine DeWalt part and save yourself the time and hassle of returning it.

Fits the Dewalt DWE7491RS table saw. However, it doesn't sit very flat out of the box. Some adjustment of the screws was required and even then it's not a very good flat fit. It's the right size and shape, it just doesn't sit flush. It's plastic and "thin" but does what I need and is cheaper than the Dewalt version. I made a few cuts with a dado blade set and it worked for me.

My new DWE7491rs tablet (Type 10) does not work contrary to the product description without significant improvement. I had to sand down an 8" x 0.5" x 0.21" strip to fit over the strip of cloth on the saw under the plate. Addendum says it fits. (Also see other reviews on this subject.) If If you don't have a Dremel grinder, you're out of luck This is my first negative review.
