Pretty good lamp, big, very suitable for my aquarium. I installed two heaters and they work great. If the temperature gets too high, just turn off one of them. Very continental in use. Really good buy.

This dual dome is a good choice as it can accommodate 2 x 150w incandescent bulbs. Many other domes cannot handle such high power. From them come 2 wires, since each bulb is controlled separately. The build quality is good and the same as all other domes. The size fits on a quarter panel. My Exoterra 36x18 tank is near perfect.

Got this for my Russian tortoise. One of the lights houses his radiant heater that stays on all the time and the other houses his UV lamp with a timer. It's really nice to be able to ride both halves independently, and it's cheaper than continuing to buy CHEs yearly or if they break (which is pretty common in my experience). That way I can just substitute the cheaper bulbs if needed. Love it!

Used for bearded dragons with ceramic heater and reflector lamp. I love that each flashlight has an actual switch on the cord so you don't have to fiddle with the switch near the hot hood. I also like that the ceramic pieces sticking out at the top are also black - they look way better than white ones. The inner fairing isn't mirrored, but it's pretty close and better than most other reflectors. The only criticism I can think of is that it wasn't deep enough for a CFL UVB bulb when you place…
