Good system but can still improve further

The best thing about this software is that it has made my life easier by automating many of our manual tasks, which have reduced human error thus giving us more time to focus elsewhere within our organization. I dislike how difficult some functions are for me as an admin user or even when using other users' credentials (e.g., Sales). When you use multiple systems at once like we do in salesforce/crm etc - all your data could potentially be out-of-sync with each others so its important to keepโ€ฆ

Great product with great support: Dyflex Solutions

I liked this tool because it has all my accounts in one place, so that makes my life easier. It is very user friendly and easy to use especially when you have no IT experience or knowledge of computers at all! The software doesn't give any error messages which means sometimes I am unable fix problems myself. I also think if there were more functions within the dashboard then I could do everything within this platform but as it stands everything needs an external website link for exampleโ€ฆ
