Where to start? I can't find anything I like about it! 1. The machine itself: The screen is so dark I almost had to hold it to my face to even see it! The "Cut" button gets stuck when you press it and it's a very crappy cut as you literally have to pull on the ribbon to get it out after cutting. So I had another version of the DYMO labeller that was about 15 years old and didn't see much use. While it was technically flawless, the LCD screen went from it. I wasn't very impressed, so when it came time to buy a new labeller, I checked brands (usually one brand) other than DYMO. Apart from one big obvious problem with this printer it is very good value for money. It's relatively easy to use and overall I think it's great for everyday label making around the house. The labels themselves are of good quality, the text is printed nicely and clearly, the glue for the official label tape is good. Love this labeler! I've had another type of dymo (long, narrow) for at least 15 years, but this one is much easier to use. The QWERTY key layout makes entering a keyword quick and easy. No more searching for the right letter as most of us are so used to typing on the keyboard that any other letter layout is awkward!
