DYNAMIC 3i Review

I use Dynamic3 to monitor our call center, allowing me access from anywhere at anytime for my agent's training needs! The system is very user friendly, easy to navigate through all of it's functions for both new business owners as well experienced users alike! I would like more detailed information about each aspect in order that we can make informed decisions when using this software package or any other program out there!!
