Great tool set for the price.

Great tool set at an affordable price. They match the hardware perfectly and the best news is my buggy now has all metric hardware so I don't have to switch between metric and standard. The only reason I'm rating these tools a four is that the knurling is starting to hurt your fingers with prolonged heavy use. If you could remove the knurling and simply gouge around the grooves or the flats, that would eliminate the burning sensation of the knurling.

Pros
  • Power and hand tools
Cons
  • Some little things

I broke 3 different sets of cheap branded screwdrivers before buying these. I didn't want to spend any money on it and kept buying metric drivers at a bargain price. After breaking 3 sets of these I decided to spend the money and buy this quality driver set. I had a set of these standard US sizes and they fit me perfectly. I used this set for 4 seasons at the local Indoor RC Raceway. I have never broken any of them. BYE BYE! I HOPE the "Metrica" set will be just as reliable for me!

Pros
  • Wrench
Cons
  • Something else

Great tool. Would buy again

These are 5 star hex wrenches. I'm a mechanical engineer, former state-certified car mechanic and RC hobbyist (among other hobbies). I have a few different tools and brands (snap-on, sk, team losi, craftman etc) but by far this particular brand and style (old vs new is "old") is great for RC building and other projects. The tips have always been strong and the knurled handle provides a good grip on the instrument. I bought these instead of the 'new' style, mainly because I know the 'old' style…

Pros
  • hex wrench
Cons
  • weak
