This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever had. For the price I expected much better quality. After 7 months I had problems with the battery - it didn't hold a charge. In just 3 minutes or so I would have to plug it in to charge. After 1 year and 1 month it started making a pulsing noise - the troubleshooting support department was unhelpful and just trying to sell me more parts.
