Description of DZS Elec Overcharge Over Current Protection

TP4056 Charge and Discharge Protection Module, Input Voltage: DC 5V, End-of-Charge Voltage: 4.2V +/- 1%, Max Charge Current: 1000mA. With Overcharge, Discharge, Over-Current Protection function, Battery Discharge Protection Voltage: 2.5V, Battery Over-Current Protection Current: 3A. With Micro USB socket at the input port, can directly use the phone charger as input to charge for lithium battery, and keep connection solder joint. Convenient to DIY. After connecting the lithium battery to B+ and B-, join up 5V input, red light indicates on charge, green light indicates fully charged. The charging current would be better 0.37 times than battery capacity. (eg. 1000mAH battery charging current is 400mA) Disconnect load while charging, OUT / B output positive and negative reverse connection will damage the module.

Great Protection for Automotive Batteries!

This chargers overcharge and over current protection has been a game changer for me .According to my experience it has kept my car battery safe from any potential damages. The compact design also makes it easy to store in my trunk. The only downside is that it may take longer to charge the battery than other chargers. Overall, highly recommend for anyone looking for added protection for their automotive battery..

Pros
  • Provides excellent protection against overcharge and over-current damage to devices.
Cons
  • Only suitable for devices with DC voltage below 30V.

No thank you. in Generators & Portable Power

box; no antistatic individual packaging. After setting my Fluke 117 to MAX/Min, I found one of ten workable 18650s (4.208 volts) to charge. All others were between 4.087 volts and 4.132 volts; much more than ±1% (4.158-4.242 volts) of what is claimed. Anything below 4.15 volts is incapable of properly charging an 18650 cell in my opinion; 4.20 volts is ideal. I'm not sure if they were slammed during shipping (probably because they weren't packaged properly) or if they were just unlucky from the
