Very helpful & convenient Tool especially during COVID-19

I like that it is very easy to implement and use in my organization. The ease of implementation was one of the main reasons we chose this product. Not much in terms of dislikes as it is a very good tool that has made our daily work easier. We are still working on some of the features and functions but overall the software works perfectly well for us. It is definitely worth trying out if you are looking for a system that gives you all the tools that you need at once! It is incredibly beneficial

Pros
  • Versatile
  • Easy accessability anyone within an organisation (even those without tech knowledge) could easily make changes.
  • Excellent tracking feature
  • Can be linked into Microsoft Word / Excel too, which makes things even more convenient :)Disadvantages:
  • just minor annoyances with certain aspects suchas not having options available
