Inferior Quality, Not Worth the Money

Based on our own experience, these collated fasteners were a disappointment. The staples frequently jammed in our nail gun and had to be manually removed, causing unnecessary production delays. However, the galvanized coating did seem to provide some protection against rust. Overall, these staples are not worth the money and we would not recommend them.

Pros
  • Durable and sturdy due to galvanized material.
Cons
  • Potential to rust over time if not properly maintained.

Works well. Packaging requires work

Used these to make 1/2 inch thick cedar seedling boxes and the length was perfect not to walk through them. no jam after approx. 2000 staples. The only criticism is the inadequate packaging. The staples are too loose in the box, and all manipulations broke some strips. It's okay, but it's still annoying having to stitch a whole strip together. All you had to do was put a few pieces of cardboard inside the box as filling.

Pros
  • Duct tape attachment
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Box opened/divided and NOT fully filled

Having been a professional carpenter since the early 80's I know what a full box of nails/staples looks like. This wasn't one of those times. The lid of the box was broken, the side was partially torn and 2 rows of staples were missing. Trust me, I've bought enough crates to know what a full crate looks like, let alone count. It's good that I know how to build a box, as I know what kind of box I'll be building in the near future; Box for these staples.

Pros
  • Staples
Cons
  • So far so good
