There is plenty of filling both in the pillow and in a separate bag. There is a zip closure on the outside of the pillow and a beautiful quilted finish. I didn't notice any of the odors noted on some of the other pillows. My only complaint is that they kind of "get off the ground" and don't feel as soft as they could. I'm a picky sleeper so I might be.

I love this pillow. It's the perfect size to put between my knees when I sleep. It's adjustable so you can add as much memory foam as you like. I was able to adjust its softness perfectly which I like and I use it as a body pillow. The package comes with extra shredded memory foam on the side! So don't throw it away, it's not a package.

I like this pillow. It comes with a protective cover that zips up the pillowcase so you can remove any fillings you don't need. It also comes with just enough in case you need a firmer pillow. I ended up buying 2, took out the 3rd and combined with the extra pillow made the 3rd pillow. (You will need a zippered pillowcase) I love that you can adjust the filling without sewing it on. My neck loves this pillow.

I was looking for a cooling memory foam pillow. I bought some more expensive pillows at the big department stores and didn't need firmness. This pillow is PERFECT! I bought this pillow based on positive reviews. Used it for a week, wanted to love it but it falls far short of its 5 star rating. First, the outer shell doesn't cool, doesn't breathe as advertised, gets very hot, with or without my own 100% cotton pillowcase. I bought two of these expensive queen size pillows. The quilted cover is made of 60% polyester, 40% bamboo and ivory. The label on the cover says 20"x30", but it's actually 20"x29" flat and with a zipper. The color of the crushed foam is mostly light blue but there are also brownish bits which look disgusting like they are stained or dirty but that may just be their normal color (I assume), see the attached picture.
