EaseWorks Review

I love that they have many different templates that can be used for any inspection type in addition to having online capabilities which is great while we are using this program. They are currently looking at additional features that will enhance their platform as well as possibly integrating other platforms (EAC to easeworks) which would further develop customer service for our organization with an all inclusive plan. I like that it is easy for my coworkers to use as well as myself. It helps keep track of our inspections. This software can sometimes be confusing but once we figure out how everything works its great! We are able to send inspection reports out in minutes instead of hours or days. I think this really saves us time! I like the fact that you can keep your work instructions separate from the inspection report. I also like that you can keep a separate list of the items that were completed. I don't like that you can't edit it once it is submitted to the client. I would like to be able to edit it if I made a mistake. I like that it is very easy for my team members to use this software as they are not required any training or certification in order to get started using this product. It has helped us greatly by being able to easily send out our inspection reports through email without having to print them off first then scan into an electronic format which saves time! I like that it's easy to use and navigate. The layout of the program is very user friendly. It is also very customizable and allows for more than just one way of doing things. The only thing I dislike about this software is that sometimes when I try to make changes or add new features I am not able to do so.
