Review on EaseWorks by Oscar Ferrell

I love that they have many different templates that can be used for any inspection type in addition to having online capabilities which is great while we are using this program. They are currently looking at additional features that will enhance their platform as well as possibly integrating other platforms (EAC to easeworks) which would further develop customer service for our organization with an all inclusive plan. The ease of setting up new forms is great! It's easy for my staff to use this software (and it has been very helpful). I wish that there was more training/support available when we first started using this program. We are able to easily track inspections from start to finish in one place.
