I believe I received a defective hose. Worked fine for a while, then dishwasher didn't fill enough water to complete the wash cycle. After replacing the pump, hoping that the problem is there (and not there), I pulled out the hose and tried to blow it out, but didn't succeed very well. I started the air compressor and blew out the hose with a towel on the other end to catch whatever came up. I tore out a piece of rubber. Plugged the hose back in and the dishwasher ran a cycle and the same thing

Shortly thereafter, the hose simply slipped off the fitting. This drain hose has never been crimped onto the end of a compression fitting.
