This silicone band doubles as a pain-free plaster! Say goodbye to waxing every time you rip a band-aid off your skin! After I took the blood test, the nurse put this silicon tape on the needle stick. I was surprised! I bought these as bandages for small cuts and bruises, they are comfortable to wear and painless to remove. This company seems to be doing well so I bought it for home use.

They are not as effective as some other medicinal brands. They are thinner and a little less sticky. When you take them off you often see an instant brightening, smoothing/lifting effect on thicker ones, but not on these. I would not believe that within a few months they will show the same good results as many other brands. Maybe for small abrasions on younger skin? I will not buy again.

I use them off label, I use them under N95 masks to protect my skin during 12-13 hour shifts in the Covid unit and it works wonders! I love that it's pre-cut, although I still have to cut and thin it out to sit just under the metal of the N95 mask. And they hold up well, even when I take them off at work to rinse my face with water between breaks. It sticks back. SUCH value makes a happy customer and a happy nurse!

I have tried different types of silicone sheets, this one is really good. All can easily fall off after a few hours, especially when undressing and putting on. So my solution is to cover the silicon wafer with a slightly larger piece of medical grade tape. So it can stay on the body for several days, the patch does not fall off when you shower. And with this method, you don't need so many silicone sheets - you can cut very small pieces of silicone to cover the scars and then tape them in place.

I tend to get keloids. Some have even been surgically removed. I had never heard of this product and when I started developing two really big and bad products I researched online and found out about silicone for scarring.
