Description of EasyBill

Die easybill GmbH bietet seit 2007 eine Software zur Erstellung von Dokumenten, wie Angebote, Lieferscheine, Rechnungen uvm., an Neben der automatischen Rechnungs- und Lieferscheinerstellung für Marktplätze wie Amazon, eBay, idealo uvm. oder Shopsysteme wie Shopware, Shopify, Magento uvm. bietet easybill auch die Möglichkeit Rechnungen, Lieferscheine, Angebote, Aufträge auch manuell auf unkomplizierte, schnelle Art und Weise digital zu erstellen. Alle Dokumente können unmittelbar nach deren Erstellung automatisiert per E-Mail an den Kunden gesendet werden. Das Design, von Logo bis hin zum Briefpapier und der Inhalt können in Abhängigkeit individueller Faktoren angepasst und automatisiert werden. Für Onlinehändler ist auch das Erstellen von Packlisten und der Export der Kundendaten zu Versanddienstleistern wie u. a. DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes, Deutsche Post ebenfalls möglich, genauso wie die Rückmeldung zu den unterschiedlichen Marktplätzen und Shopsystemen. Alle Daten können perfekt für die Steuerkanzlei oder die Buchhaltung exportiert oder mittels direkter Schnittstellen übertragen werden.

Convenient software with many benefits

I like that it's fast, simple to use. It's also very useful how it automatically updates the invoices as they're sent out.It can't be customized much from the GUI interface. It would be great if you could configure more than just the invoice number for your customers. Also, there should be more options in the email that goes to clients when an invoice is past due. I don't have any complaints about the service or the program itself. I've been using this product for several years now for…

Using an online accounting and invoice app

The best thing I like about this software is that it's very user-friendly for both customers as well as employees. It helps to maintain all bills in one place which makes my job easier than before. There are some features of bill analysis functionality available here but not so good compared with other billing softwares out there. Great system for invoicing and purchase orders

The ease of using it. I have created many small invoices and bills for my small business. The system is really simple to use. No more printing receipts or creating pdfs! And no more lost billing statements because they are sent to me through email! Nothing about this software that I dislike. This is by far the best program I have used in many years.
