The team behind EasyeCom are very professional and have great knowledge in their field of expertise. They always try to ensure that you receive excellent customer service throughout your experience with them. Nothing as such, but I would love to see more customisation options when creating the templates. It's a one size fits all platform which can be limiting at times. I like how easy it is to set up an online shop. Also how many of my customers are international they can have so much sales in multiple countries at once without having to open new accounts. The only dislike is that you cannot really change your logo when launching. It's very difficult for me to update my domain as our previous logo is no longer used nor is the site, but they want money. We will hopefully be able to get our old design back if we can get enough support. I highly recommend this…

I like its flexibility; it works well with most eCommerce platforms as long your merchant data provider supports them! We have been testing easyECom in multiple environments since January 2019, so we can not say anything yet about problems/conflicts between different features or functions. A lot of things could be improved - faster loading time, more powerful admin console, etcBut those are currently our thoughts only; others may see other benefits from using this software.
