Easy assembly. There is some weight to the product (I would guess it offsets the weight of the monitors). Previously used a VIVO dual monitor mount but needed a quad monitor stand. The VIVO stand had a slight flex when I mounted my heavier 27" (10 lbs) monitor, but it was acceptable at only 1-2° of forward tilt.
