Not even close good for me

completely wrong part, no chance of fitting. Part too big, deal too small. For $20 I won't fuss with it. Just thought someone should know.

  • Fit my mid 2009 macbook pro perfectly.
Cons
  • The fan's cooling capacity is often inadequate, especially in high-performance use cases, which can lead to overheating and damage to the computer

Not "genuine " as listed

Despite undamaged packaging, the fan arrived with a bent housing and a connection that would not clip onto the motherboard socket. Moreover, the fan was definitely not "genuine" - the one I received is noticeably thicker than the original fans already in the laptop and had jagged edges from poor manufacturing. It was quite clearly a cheap knock off.
