Good braking power though.

I made the bed according to the manufacturer's instructions. These pads have good braking performance but are noisy when it is cold and in stop-and-go traffic.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Negative impression

Replaced after 6 months

These yellow pads deformed my brand new rotors after 10,000 miles of normal driving. So badly deformed that I had to buy new ones. I'll stick with regular pads. Oh, and the dust was absurd. so much dust

Pros
  • Slim design
Cons
  • Expensive

EBC Yellow Suff! - Brake pads

Dear EBC brake pads, I used the kit on my 250 and now this kit on my 350. Remember these are performance pads. Dust will blacken your discs. They will squeak a lot for the first 1000 miles. 38β€³ mud tires, that's a lot of rubber to quit (the increased torque arm from 33β€³ to 38β€³ makes a big difference too). The OEM pads wouldn't have enough force to activate the ABS, I have ABS with 38" wheels. Tires They won't last as long, but that's a slight downside for such high performance. A break in the…

  • The list will be long.

Worn out in 7 months. also had to buy new rotors.

Purchased January 2015, fits my F250 Lariat 4wd from early 2011. Does not come with the metal spring tab brake kit. Makes the truck stop noticeably better. Sometimes too fast and things fly. UPDATE: These pads are completely worn out by August 2015! Everything is fine with the calipers because I had them both front and rear and all 4 pads wear out evenly and turned to metal in 7 months. Not to mention that they creaked all the time. Terribly bad in cold weather. They also ground my rotors not…

Pros
  • Easy installation

  • Minor issues

Holds Great

Truck - 2006 F350 Long Cab 2WD Dual with Knapheide Conversion Kit in Rear. Previously, this truck would take a long distance to stop, even when it was almost empty. Will last 6 to 10 car trips at 60mph just to come to a stop without an accident. The previous braking was gradual, and no matter how hard you slammed on the brakes, the pads glazed and the rotors blued, and it was still gradual deceleration. Now we only use EBC pads in the front and EBC pads cut the braking distance in half, even…
