The lamps are nice, bright and durable but the mounting they provide is useless. I had to make a mount for my own. I need a flashlight to clear snow. I took a hitch, mounted a bracket over the hitch and then attached the lights to the bracket so they could be removed when not in use. I was going to give this unit a much lower rating until the first time I turned on the light at night and was amazed. This was installed on my 2008 F250. Most problems with mismatched brackets are due to the horrible welds they form on most hitches. Use a coffee grinder to grind them smooth and you'll be fine.
