I love this product, it's holding up so well! The trick is to dampen the edges a bit (wet), apply this edge control, then apply your favorite setting gel (I use green eco styling gel) and bandage the edges with a cloth for a few minutes to get a perfectly smooth look to achieve! Okay so my hair and edge gel have a bad ratio. I've tried so many different gels and nothing new. I would say it works but it doesn't last long in my hair. It's smooth maybe 1 hour and it's back to normal. I don't give him credit for smoothing it out, but it doesn't take long. I love the smell and how oily it is but just want it to stay smooth.

Holds edges well for around 3-4 hours if you want to use the minimum amount. If you use an excessive amount (where you end up with a shiny, slick look) it holds up very well, but you end up with that snow-white look. I wear single goddess curls around the perimeter and a snowy white look is clearly visible at the beginning of each curl.

Yes it's a bit pricey for my budget but I took the risk and it's definitely worth the money. My gray edging has never laid flat on an edging product before. Hoping to be used on the fringes of my 90 year old mother once the stay home orders will lift her and my age group.
