These mini pans are great for gifts or small breads on the table. They don't stick, but I always oil anyway. If you're using a regular recipe and just dividing it into pieces, be sure to pay attention to the baking time, they bake faster. They also have a rim so they aren't difficult to pick up. I wouldn't put it in the dishwasher.

Perfect size loaves for singles and couples! I came up with the following banana bread recipe and then divided the batter between both pans (I use EVOO in a misto spray bottle). With these two pans, I bake for 30 minutes in the toaster with great results - that's almost an hour in my regular glass loaf pan. 3 very ripe bananas. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. added. Pour into a bread pan (I used EVOO in Misto). Bake 350 for an hour.

These are very small but cute mini loaf pans. The other mini bread pans I have are 5 x 3 x 2 and these are 4 x 2.5 x 1 3/4. So a little less. They're a solid weight, aren't flimsy, and bake to a nice, even brown texture without sticking. However, you need at least 3-4 of these to bake a bread/cake recipe. The nonstick coating on these 2 mini pans is almost rough to the touch (not smooth), but it works. I've baked a few yeast loaves (to make appetizer size garlic bread) in these pans and the loaves literally fell out after the loaf was fully baked. The bread was baked evenly.
