The nonstick coating on these 2 mini pans is almost rough to the touch (not smooth), but it works. I've baked a few yeast loaves (to make appetizer size garlic bread) in these pans and the loaves literally fell out after the loaf was fully baked. The bread was baked evenly. Plus, these mini pans are small enough to fit both pans in my fryer at the same time, so I can bake bread in the summer without worrying about the heat generated. The label says dishwasher safe. Super strong carbon steel. Non-stick surface coating free from BPA, PFOA and PTFE. Pallet internal dimensions: 5.4" x 2.6" x 1.6". External dimensions: 6 1/8" x 3.3" x 1.75". Don't leave an empty pot in the oven for long periods of time or at a constant high heat. Do not keep food in the pan after baking. Do not pour water into a hot pot. Made in China.
