I've been using Ecover for years and I love it. My complaint relates to shipping/packaging. The lids were not taped shut and the bottles were not lined. There was a loose roll of paper in the box and oddly enough it was double boxed. Not sure if that's how it started out or if some good soul put it in a double box during shipping.
