This is a great option for fall and spring PNW - the right off-season weight and water repellent finish is much appreciated. It's nice when there are unique colors and patterns. My bad score for the fit (really boxy/oversized) and the fabric being too thin. It's a feather leak after about a dozen uses

Just opened the package and smelled the perfume. I also noticed purple pen marks on the pockets and around the markers. Very disappointed with the (lack of) quality. To return.

Fits well but VERY THIN. So I'm not sure if it's worth the price. I expected it to be much thicker. It's basically a windbreaker with some lining. Ordered size XL.

Perfect transition jacket for my baby. He needed something for the cold spring days at the end of the year and it worked great. Anyway, having a hood is also a bonus.

We bought this and had to swap it because I wasn't careful about sizing. We wear medium most of the time because the brands we get are 7/8, but this one works like a medium 10/12 so it was too big. It's super soft and would make a great coat for school as it easily folds into her backpack when she's not wearing it.

I doubt this is even the real Eddie Bauer. I have bought many items from the brand in the past and they have been of good/excellent quality. Not that. It was thin, with almost no padding, and the sleeves were very short. The size chart isn't very helpful either. Returned and not repurchased.

Black sequins are not only beautiful, but also light. This coat collapses down to a very small size, allowing it to be crammed into a backpack. My daughter always left her coat at school.

Compared to my Eddie Bauer coats with the same filling, this coat is really not warm enough for my son for winter. Even in combination with a fleece jacket, it is only an autumn-spring coat, not a winter coat. Even though I live in AK he was still cold when it was only 30* outside.

When I first opened this I was like, my goodness. looks awfully thin. I bought it as a snow jacket for my son. But every time I checked, my son was very warm all day playing in the snow. He loves his new jacket! I ordered a size up so I had room to grow. Perfect size, plenty of room to grow without looking insanely huge at the moment.

I bought this coat for my daughter to keep warm in the mornings and to fold it up and put it in her bag during school as she has to carry everything with her now due to Covid. It keeps you warm and folds nicely into your back pocket without adding bulk or weight to your bag.

This is a good jacket and excellent value for money. However, I would order a size smaller for a child. We had to go back and buy a smaller jacket because the first one was too big.

This is a fall jacket. I was looking for a lightweight fall jacket for my 14 year old son. It was in a super sale so I thought it would be perfect. My son is of average height and weight and thinner if anything. It's too little. Short arms and forearms banged against his chest. He looked ridiculous. Extra large for a 12 year old. This jacket was great for the first few weeks. Keeps my son warm and looks neat. He's in first grade and doesn't do anything but wear that on the bus before school and play a little bit in the playground in first grade. My 8 year old daughter loves this jacket. Underneath a thick sweatshirt and over that a jacket. This is good for 30 degree weather. When it gets under 30 we switch to her thick winter coat. It will be good for spring and autumn - no thick sweatshirt underneath. I washed it when we got it and it held up great in the washer and dryer.
