Great and User Friendly delivery tracking app that helped us grow tremendously

I like how easy to use this software was! It's very user friendly which made training employees quick as well!! The only thing i dislike about EDeliveryapp so far are their customer service team members who seem pushy at times when you call them regarding issues within your account (which they shouldnt be). They also don't have much of assistance from there side if something goes wrong while using eddeliverayap -.- just keep trying until someone helps u out otherwise its frustrating especially…

Pros
  • How simple & convenient it is for users, not having too many menus or clicks needed before getting what im looking/trying t do done ;D Also love that all my tracking info can now show up together without scrolling down page after time consuming scrolls :3 And lastly ive used multiple other shipping platforms than nothing compares with ease compared to Edeliy2o :) no need anymore hahaha thank GOD!!!
