The admin section is very easy to use with all of its features available at your fingertips! It's not too expensive either which makes it even better because we are able to have our employees utilize this service without having an upfront cost or worry about any hidden fees that may be incurred from other services out there in their market space (ie Zoho). I like that we can manage our schedule from any where in almost real time. We also have a calendar app to see what other people are working on at all times. Sometimes there is lag when you try to click on an employee's schedule so it takes some time before they show up in your view of their schedule. The ease of use is one thing I like best about this system as it's very easy to navigate through all aspects without getting lost or confused! You can also add your own customizations if you want something different then what comes with their templates which makes things more personalised especially when creating new users/employees etc..
