Poor Quality Bushing for Plumbing Needs

As my tests showed, this bushing is not up to industrial and scientific standards. I purchased this for my plumbing needs, but was extremely disappointed with its quality. The finish was rough and the threads did not align properly, making installation a nightmare. The only positive was the affordable price point, but it's not worth the hassle.

Pros
  • affordable price
Cons
  • poor quality, faulty threads

Not fully screwed in

Most contractors use these to run suction lines into tanks etc. Unfortunately they do not screw in fully so in this case they are useless.

Pros
  • Comes with full manufacturer warranty from EDGE Industrial
Cons
  • Some minor things

Works with plumbing tape

I have this to connect a hose to a spare shower in my apartment. It leaked at first but after using plumbing tape it worked fine. Now I can easily clean the balcony whenever I want.

Pros
  • 3/4" Male NPT x 1/2" Female NPT Adapter Hex Socket
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen
