EDImis Ambulance Manager - Easy-to Use EMS Tracking System

I like that EDimis is easy to use, has a great reporting system, and integrates smoothly with our hospital information system (HIS). It's also very affordable for a small business owner or emergency services provider. There isn't much you can do to customize it once you've purchased it. If you're looking for a turnkey solution, this may be right up your alley. We are utilizing EDimis to easily track patient visits in our ambulances. Fantastic video calling solution especially suitable during COVID

I liked that it is easy to use, has an excellent customer service team who are always willing (and able) for help if you need any assistance! It's free software which means there really isn't much downside other than maybe not having all of your information stored in one place at once time? We have been using this product since 2013 when we first started our business as well but now with more staff members working remotely from home they're looking into options like Microsoft Teams or Zoom…

  • Not great audio capability during video callings
