He does what he has to

Everyone in my family knows how to use chopsticks except me. I have made and tested stews and they have been very easy to use. I know they are meant to be used within 2 weeks so you can start getting your fingers in the right position. But sometimes older dogs can't learn new tricks. You're going to have sushi with me this week!

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine

Great gift to help with chopstick skills!

I bought this for my girlfriend to use to improve her chopstick skills. It correctly positions your fingers and hands, forcing you to use it in the "right" way. Nothing annoys me more than seeing people put their hands very close to the bottom edge and make a cross with chopsticks. She really enjoyed it and hopes to be able to use chopsticks in a few weeks!

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Great price

It really works! for feeding

my kids are half japanese. You need to learn how to use chopsticks properly as holding chopsticks properly is a big deal for Japanese kids, like having straight/white teeth in the US. My 8 year old can use chopsticks properly but my 10 year old had trouble holding the chopsticks properly. After about 2 weeks of using this device, a 10 year old can use chopsticks properly! also with that. I highly recommend it.

Practice makes perfect (for beginners)

I only use them to make myself comfortable. I can see how they would help me transition to actual chopsticks without our help. The instructions are minimal so I had to watch a few youtube videos to help me use it. In general I will say that I will probably be able to use real chopsticks unaided after using them as they place specific fingers in specific places and help you use the chopsticks properly. Practice creates masters.

My mom liked these

We joked with my mom a few times that it's funny that she's in her 60's and can't use chopsticks. She was jealous of the practice sticks we bought for our little one and I was glad to find them for her. She loved the gift and laughed out loud when she opened the package. She's used them a few times and I can see that it should definitely help her learn how to use chopsticks properly and they get her fingers in the right position of course. Anyway, she's happy with them. Maybe she'll learn how…

Taught this old lady how to use chopsticks

I have very poor fine motor skills. The kid who had trouble drawing lines? It was me. Cut a straight line with scissors? Yes, I'm pretty bad. We are preparing for a trip to Japan, and I realized that in order not to starve, I need to use chopsticks. I've watched videos and people have helped me but I still don't get it. I bought it and immediately felt that I could learn. After eating them exclusively for a week or two, I tried regular chopsticks again and was able to eat on my own. Hooray! I…

Pros
  • Especially for beginners who want to eat with chopsticks
Cons
  • I don't remember but something happened

For my friend for dishes

When my kids were little, they also relied on Edison sticks. This is very popular in Japan. I don't know why the direction is written in Korean but it still works fine. Some complain about plastic tips that slip off easily. Yes it does, BUT it's for a trailer how to hold chopsticks properly. My kids have always complained hundreds of times about the same thing! Any meal while using this! 😂 Again, these chopsticks do NOT assist/help the chopsticks. This is the "how to hold" slope. You should…

Pros
  • Assorted green, orange

Very useful and a pleasure to use!

My husband and I love these practice sticks. They are very pleasant to use and appear to be very well made. They are exceptionally good for people who need help with finger placement as they have loops for your two working fingers and small guide stops to properly place your thumb and support fingers. I understand finger placement but I still have problems with chopsticks slipping down my ring finger when using regular chopsticks, these practice sticks certainly fix that. I hope that with…
