Misleading and Disappointing Arts and Crafts Set

This set was a major let down. The activities were advertised as educational and reusable but they were neither. The soap making aspect was tedious and poorly explained, leaving us with a sticky mess. The one positive aspect was the cute, handmade components. Overall, do not waste your money on this overpriced set.

Fun but a bit tricky to put together

It was fun making these for my 4 year old twins - they love to mix colors and flavors. The assembly was a bit tricky, they didn't stick together so we added some more coconut oil.

20 seconds instead of 20 minutes as stated in the base melting guide

Well packaged. It looked very nice when it arrived. However, there is a big mistake in the instructions. It says it takes 20 minutes to melt the base in the microwave. The pitcher melted in 2 minutes and made a mess in our microwave. Thank goodness I was looking after my 11 year old daughter otherwise it would have been a huge disaster in 20 minutes. In the end she only made 7 very small soaps.
