I've had issues with my Bluetooth 4.0 dongles where my excellent Logitech mice and keyboards were having communication issues with unreliable performance. I thought 5.0 PCI_E might make a difference. Before you buy this, google EDUP (the company that makes it) and see if they support it. When I received it, they weren't. After installation (very easy if you know what you're doing) WiFi worked great, but both my graphics cards and one of my SSDs were no longer recognized on my PC. Very disappointed with this product. Everything started great at first. I got the most out of this wireless adapter and got the best speed my internet service offers. I usually add photos but to be honest I didn't bother. I've been messing around with computers since the 80's, and out of the hundreds of components I've installed over the years, only this one was the wrong size. The bracket is too long and over 1/4" longer than it should be. This prevents screwing and fitting covers which in your case may apply to this area.
