Very disappointed with this product. Everything started great at first. I got the most out of this wireless adapter and got the best speed my internet service offers. After about a week of use, however, I noticed that I was having incredibly slow speeds. Keep in mind that my maximum download speed is 28 megabytes per second. which was incredible. However, after a week of use, the speed jumps from 28 megabytes to 50 kilobytes per second. I downloaded and installed all the drivers I was instructed to do and this is still happening. It bounces up and down incredibly frequently, making it almost impossible to browse the web at all. Now I'm not exactly sure if the problem is hardware, software or a windows update (the new windows update is total crap and hasn't had any proper updates and fixes in months). I know it's not a problem with my router or internet as I've tested my speed through my phone and it's faster than the wifi adapter. All in all very disappointed with this product.
