Very easy to insert connectors

This worked very well for my application. much easier than the tooth being that I had for the drip irrigation which was a stiffer and harder to insert the connectors

Pros
  • Excelente,,producto....
Cons
  • May not be effective in dry or arid climates

Too thin, splits. on my review.

This tubing has a very thin wall. It split after 2 uses. Irrigation connectors don't work because the tubing is too soft. Buy something else.

Pros
  • Shiny finish. works will the standard 1/4" barb fittings for Rainbird and other brands.
Cons
  • Not ideal for areas with high water pressure or varying water pressure

So far so good. 100+ degree weather….

So far this product has worked better than others. Very pliable, and continues to be. No bursts or splits. Will know about the cooler weather in Oct.

Pros
  • Easy to use. Doesn’t stay coiled when you lay it flat, as the hard tubing does.
Cons
  • Regular replacement of tubing and components may be needed to maintain optimal performance

Great Product - my new review

It is really easy to use and to cut to any length you need. I would definitely recommend this for the garden. The water flows through for using as a drip system in the garden. That is why we pick this one. Great product.

Pros
  • Very flexible and easy to apply connectors. Will buy again.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for plants with specific watering needs

Stiffest hose I've ever used! Won't go on without heating!

Of three hose sources, this is the stiffest 1/4" irrigation hose I've ever used! I can't get it on without serious heat! At 80°F I could not get it over a barb. Pay attention to those that have complained about it and realize that it is cheap for a reason.

Pros
  • Does what it’s intended to do.
Cons
  • System may be more susceptible to leaks and malfunctions compared to traditional sprinkler setups

Split open on first use

I hooked it up to my outdoor faucet and it split wide open about 10' down the tubing. My water pressure is actually on the low side so I was surprised. Ended up watering the yard and not the garden.

Pros
  • Great value for the product.
Cons
  • May require additional components or accessories for proper functionality

The 1/4 description may be misleading.

The 1/4 description is misleading. I did not like description because the 1/4 inch is the outside diameter size. I wanted 1/4 inch inside diameter. US plumbing typically specifies by inside diameter for water pipe or both diameters for tubing.

Pros
  • This is one the easiest brands of tubing I’ve used so far.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for gardens with uneven terrain or varying soil types

You get what you pay for

The line has no elasticity and will not keep a tight seal around connections. I have lines popping off all the time from "T" connections. I purchased another brand and have been replacing this line with the new brand. I have not had one line pop with the new hose.

Pros
  • Works great for multiple air line connections. Sturdy stuff
Cons
  • Limited coverage area, often requiring multiple systems for larger gardens

Very easy to use and Pliable

This is the best dripper tubing I have ever come across. Instead of being rigid and stiff, this tubing is soft, easy to slide your dripper heads onto and appears it retains the dripper buttons better than the rigid stuff. I highly recommend this product

Pros
  • Great, excellent price, fast delivery
Cons
  • Requires frequent monitoring and adjustment to avoid wasting water

Easy to use - my new review

works well with al the adapters and fittings, does require some minor effort to push in the connections, but best when weather is warm to do that. other wise stays on and no leaks. does not require addition crimping or zip ties to hold. Easy to use.

Pros
  • Much cheaper at Lowe’s
Cons
  • Limited flexibility in terms of where and how the system can be installed

Cheap but stiff and hard to use

Helping my son to install a Drip irrigation system for his garden in PA. Purchased this tubing as local Big box stores don’t carry irrigation system components. I live in FL so am used to purchasing parts manufactured by known companies like orbit and rain bird etc. for the most part this is junk compared to those parts. Difficult to assemble, hard to keep assembled….stiff….cheap yes, but buy the good stuff as you will thank yourself a thousand times over.

Pros
  • Large roll of tubing. Great price.
Cons
  • Difficult to adjust water flow and distribution to different areas of the garden

Doesn’t hold on the the drip fitting

Doesn’t stay on the end of the fittings - this tubing is flexible but not firm enough. So when the water goes on the drop cycle - the water pressure blows it off the end of the fitting. I have never had this problem with any other tubing.

Pros
  • Too expensive. Go to the HD. But good hose.
Cons
  • Not suitable for larger gardens or outdoor spaces

After having purchased and used many rolls of this product we have found the repairs are required more often than using the more common harder tubing material available from most sources. With this product in place, we find the rabbits and squirrels prefer it over the ordinary tubing which results in the need for weekly inspection and repair. This is regrettable as we found the product softer and easier to work with but obviously the animals prefer it as well. We will be returning to the firmer

Pros
  • No issues
Cons
  • Requires extensive installation time and effort

DON'T BUY! tubing is to soft

Tubing is to soft for nozzles. When exposed to hot weather the nozzles will lose it's grip, pop loose or leak. I have to push the hose back on tight everyday. Buy the kit from XDDIAS instead it has better nozzles, and tubing.

Pros
  • Parts & Accessories
Cons
  • High risk of damage from weather conditions such as frost or high winds

No longer best tubing to buy

A couple of months ago I purchased 50ft. based on their photo of tying a not into the tubing. This graphically displayed how flexible this tubing was. And my first order was just that. I loved it and could not find anything that good at the local "big box" stores. In June I purchased an additional 100 ft. and it was NOT THE SAME as my previous purchase. Yes it works but nothing special about it.

Pros
  • Does what it’s supposed to do at a good price.
Cons
  • Expensive compared to traditional watering methods

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Hard tubing difficult to work with

This tubing is hard and not as supple as others I have used for irrigation this year. It hurts my fingers to fit the tubing.

Pros
  • This tubing is much more flexible than any I've purchased before.
Cons
  • Difficult to manually control water distribution without adjusting the entire system

100 ft hose not the same quality as 50 ft hose

The 100 ft hose is not anywhere near the flexibility of the 50 ft hose. It's very difficult to get the fittings attached. Thanks for attention!

Pros
  • Set up an awesome irrigation system for our garden!
Cons
  • Drip hose may become clogged, decreasing efficiency over time
