When I became pregnant my normal engagement ring stopped fitting after about 4 months. I wanted to still have something significant to wear daily and this was the idea my fiance came up with. I have an opal/diamond vintage wedding ring and although it is gorgeous and I love it, I am so paranoid that the opal will crack and crumble to pieces or that one of my diamonds will pop out. The pearlized finish in the pasting made it seem like there would be a sheen on the ring; maybe there was, but it wore off within a few days. Absolutely love these! I was looking for something small to wear I’m place of my ring to the gym or at work since I work since I work in healthcare and am constantly putting on/taking off gloves. Also, I order a size down from normal 6.5 size and I felt they were just a little too light for my liking but I was able to get the next size up free off charge without the haste of having to return my old ones.
