We love this for our 2 1/2 year old daughter. She always wants to help me in the kitchen. It's perfect for her! It was very easy to assemble. Took 15-20 minutes with my daughter. It is very durable and solid. It doesn't fold for storage, but its strength and security make up for it when it doesn't fold!

Didn't know what to expect from this as it had no reviews but figured I might return if needed. This assistant is amazing! Got it when my daughter was about 14 months old. A day later she was able to climb herself. It is very easy to assemble (it took me about 15 minutes) and very durable. The step they stand on can slide in and out, but it also comes with screws so you can bolt them down. The perfect height for our rack.

Very easy to assemble (20 minutes max). Perfect for our little one who always wants to see what I'm doing at the kitchen table. There are 3 height options. We set the platform to medium height and it's the perfect height for our 21 month old to help eat at the counter or wash his hands at the sink. It has a safety bar that screws on to prevent it from falling backwards. So no complaints at all. Perfect in every way and I would buy it again if I had to.

We bought this for our 20 month old daughter and she was an instant hit. It's a bit heavy to move around but I feel like it's more durable to support my little one's weight. I wish there were handles to make it easier to grab when moving around the house, but it's still handy. My husband found assembly easy and was able to follow the assembly instructions. Easy to wipe and keep clean. All in all no problems with this product. It's great and serves its purpose.

Received this item today. Made in China, of course. Everything came in a flat box of 20. The instructions are a single sheet of paper with a three-dimensional pattern. You must have at least two people to assemble it, it is very cumbersome and difficult because you have to assemble all the parts at the same time. Perfect size for a child. The three height settings are in the right places. To change the height, loosen the two screws that hold the platform in place. Overall this is a solid piece and true to size but I found it very dangerous for two reasons. The edges of the wood are underfinished, micro cuts on our fingers until we sanded/used a router to dull the edges. Another big hazard are stairs. The first step is very narrow and there is a lot of elevation gain to get onto the platform (even on the lowest settings). At first I was a little apprehensive after taking the product out of the box and starting to assemble it. It seemed like some parts wouldn't quite fit into the slots, but it worked out in the end and it only took me about 30 minutes to assemble while watching the little one!
