I received a used item and I am just not a fan of that at all. When you turn it on the notification is jarring and there is no way to lower the volume on that. The remote works if you are pointing directly at the plate and are less than a foot or two away. You can only increase the vibration once it is active and only on 1 of the 5 vibration patterns. Vibration is good and it has improved balance significantly.

Unfortunately, I had to return it because it had some loose screws inside it which made the machine not sturdy and it made so much noise. I can’t say if this is a good machine or bad because I didn’t really get to use it. Sadly, it did not have a SEND REPLACEMENT option.

Done tons of therapy, all I needed was a solid shake. It's amazing for my fascia and body in general. Also, try to get mad on it, you cannot. There is starting to come to light research about releasing trauma by shaking. Check it out. Why not use this to release some held issues deeply in the body? Idk if that's possible but self care with this really really helps! Going on it daily let's see how this baby holds up! I believe they give you a 5 year warranty anyway which is cool

SUPER AMAZING Product, I am giving this feedback after using this product from almost 1 month.I usually use this machine everyday for 30 minutes while listening to music which is an amazing feature of this machine.After one month of usage I can clearly see changes in my body I lost almost 3.3lbs just by standing on this machine and the look and feel of the machine is very premium which I think no other machine is giving right now on Best Buy this was actually the reason why I bought this…
