Will not cut through Stamping Up!

I'd like to use it, but the hole punch won't cut through the thinnest of paper, let alone card stock. It worked for a while and suddenly stopped cutting through the paper completely. I have other EC Punches, I hope this doesn't happen to them either. I tried sharpening it with aluminum foil but it didn't work.

Great item but could be improved.

I really like this product. However, this could be improved. Above is a silver die cut template with pattern and size. It would be better if it was really clear so you can see what you're hitting and you can point it exactly where you're going to hit. However, this can be achieved using the element above, which works but is a bit fiddly. The price is higher than the smaller and larger sizes as the 2 inch size is the most popular size and therefore seems to be more expensive.

We have been using these beats for our business for 9 years.

We have been using these punches in our shop for 9 years and I can say the quality of the product has decreased dramatically. The corners they cut to save money have resulted in a product that's flawed from the moment you open the box: in the past, you could expect them to last a few months before falling apart , but now it starts chewing your paper the very first hit, waste of paper and waste of money. We're looking at other brands and if this is your first time looking for stamps we encourage
