I bought this and used it when the suction cup broke. Not in a month or a week, but immediately. Looks rotten and cracked. Sending it back would be more expensive than throwing it away, so I threw it away.

Works great! Works better than any stock mount I've ever used. Mounts to any smooth surface and stays in place! Used it off-road with no issues and held on to the windshield in rough terrain. Removes when released and fits easily into the console.

The ball holding the support must be lost, cannot be used and cannot be returned. Buy original. In my opinion or superglue even if you leave it in a hot car unconnected to the window it warps, I had to boil the rubber part and put the mirror back in the bathroom to make it work. Also, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DON'T STAND BROND PLASTIC HOLDER TOMTOM XL ONE. STAY CLEAN

Bought Two! Fits perfectly with Tom Tom XL, my parents are both happy with theirs. It must be on the smooth surface of the dashboard if you want to keep it there OR if you'd rather leave it on the windshield, it's hard to tear off! The little latch on the side is the only way it releases, it won't fall on you like I've felt in the past. The brackets rotate 360° so you can position them however you like! It's worth it. Received on time and with no problems.

Windscreen mount does not fit my sat nav. I have a TomTom ONE XL-S and according to the description, details and even the label on the box, it should fit my TomTom perfectly.
