Worked for me on KVM switches

Worked for me. I've tried this with Windows and Linux. Computers plugged into it instantly and I had no trouble switching between them. A couple of times the USB didn't register, but I don't think it's a device fault. Because when I went through the loop again, everything worked fine. In my opinion a good product.

Pros
  • Excellent compatibility, Windows 10/8/8.1/7/Vista/XP and Mac OS X, Linux and Chrome OS
Cons
  • Not the best

Worked great while it lasted

Good modern mouse/keyboard switches are hard to find - they tend to lag, with PS/2 rather than USB, VGA connectors, etc. This thing was great while it lasted - it has one Keyboard and a mouse, a USB cable to each of the 4 systems. Better than my previous version where KB and mouse were separated. When switched on, it automatically switches to each system. But unfortunately I decided to turn it off just as I was building a new system. For hours I thought the USB ports on the new motherboard were

Pros
  • Ideal for sharing devices like printer, scanner, mouse, keyboard, card reader, flash drive and other USB devices between 4 computers;
Cons
  • Bad Experience

DO NOT BUY well suited for computer components

This affordable USB switch will bring your devices to a boil. I've had some expensive devices that suddenly stopped working after I started using this product. There are more expensive USB switches ($60) that won't destroy your hardware. It's worth the extra $$$ if you don't want to spend $100 on new hardware.

Pros
  • This 4-port USB sharing switch allows you to switch buttons between 4 computers to share 4 USB 2.0 peripherals without constantly changing cables or installing complicated network sharing software ;
Cons
  • Crumpled

THIS IS METAL!

Damn, that thing is made of metal. I suppose you can throw it like a brick from the second floor and it will probably continue to work. The switch feels less solid but is raised, which I found odd at first, but I like it. Each input has clear switch lighting. indicates which port is active.

Pros
  • Stable and durable: USB 2.0 sharing switch in a metal housing.
Cons
  • Almost everything is fine
