Customer service? bears. product quality?

You must be kidding if you think I will give a good review of this wallet. The whole point of a wallet is to make things super accessible and easy for you. As you will see in this video I am assuming that is not the case. Not only can he not eject the card, but he can't even eject all of them. These are instruction cards! Leather is beautiful, but the whole point of a wallet is to keep things simple and accessible. This defect is a HUGE issue that needs fixing considering I took it straight out

My son has wanted one of these for a long time. I bought him one for his birthday. I also bought a cheaper brand... just in case. External was a joke. If you put in your credit cards etc. and then drop your wallet, all cards are off. It says it's leather, but it's not. I was really looking forward to this product as my current quick release leather wallet is showing its age. I have about 6 personal and work cards plus my driver's license and insurance card. Be careful, the cards will fall out if you shake them upside down. POOR QUALITY FOR THE PRICE OF

I have examined this wallet extensively and found that the previous two versions had issues with cards falling out when the wallet was shaken upside down. I was under the impression that this issue was fixed in the 3rd version, but unfortunately that is not the case.
