Excellent light cases. Good material and good mounting clips. In general, the good quality of the case is significantly better than that of the Halo. I've used a Halo case before, but the Halo bulbs were lower quality and much more difficult to install. So I spent a little more and got Echo Lanterns.

This is great when space to install is limited, I had 2x6 beams with a tier above. I bought 15 of these and some of them were bent and out of shape. I was able to straighten them enough to use. My other issue was trim, the only ones I found suitable were the ones sold by Elco and they were expensive. Coiled with the combined light and HD equipment at half the price.

If you are looking at this product, you probably already know that 5" Flat Convertible IC Box is very hard to find. This one fits, is inexpensive, and relatively easy to install. I found it a bit difficult to keep the clamps in place, but not particularly difficult. I've used this with a Juno LED fairing (and a stupid ring for a cutting error 5 years ago) and it looks great.

Easy install, clips fit better than most halo lights I've used in the past. They even have a spare sticker to cover the holes. I would say it is of much better quality than B&M HD/Lowes lighting which sells for about the same or even more. I've done a few halos in the past and have had trouble inserting clips, particularly with drywall ceilings. I will be using these Elcos in the future as the clamp quality is much better than Halos and they also come with quick connectors. All you need is an…
